What you will do

• Partner with leaders on talent management, succession planning, and organizational design to enable high-performing teams.
• Coach managers on leadership effectiveness, feedback practices, and employee development.
• Lead engagement initiatives, including survey execution, data analysis, and action planning.
• Independently manage employee relations and partner with managers on Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs).
• Drive HR reporting and analytics using OKRs, KPIs, and AI-enabled tools to inform business decisions.
• Collaborate with Recruiting, Learning & Development, and Finance to align talent strategies with business goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3–5+ years of experience in progressive HR, HRBP, or HR Operations roles.
• Experience with employee relations, performance management, and talent processes.
• Strong understanding of generative AI tools and how to incorporate them into daily work for efficiency.
• Experience with HR systems such as Workday and Greenhouse.
• Must be based in Boston, MA.
