Lead People Business Partner (SaaS)

TL;DR

Lead People Business Partner (SaaS/Medtech): Designing and implementing strategic people programs and providing executive coaching to senior leadership with an accent on organizational effectiveness and employee experience. Location: Must be based in New York City (office 3 days/week)

Salary: $150,000–$175,000 + equity

What you will do

• Act as a strategic advisor to senior leaders to improve organizational effectiveness and leadership capability.
• Own and evolve performance management processes, including goal setting, calibration, and promotions.
• Design and lead key programs: onboarding, manager development, 360 feedback, and engagement surveys.
• Analyze organizational health metrics via Culture Amp to provide actionable recommendations to leadership.
• Coach managers through complex employee relations, organizational change, and performance concerns.
• Partner cross-functionally with Recruiting, Finance, and Legal on workforce planning and talent strategy.

Requirements

• 7+ years of progressive HRBP or People BP experience in SaaS or high-growth tech environments.
• Experience partnering with Director and VP-level leaders on organizational design and talent strategy.
• Proven success in designing and owning company-wide people programs.
• Extensive experience leading employee relations investigations and performance management.
• Strong analytical skills using HR metrics and people analytics platforms.
• Must be based in NYC and able to work from the office three days per week.
