What you will do

• Serve as the primary face of the People function for managers and employees in the Salt Lake City office.
• Lead cross-functional projects from design to rollout, including performance review cycles and onboarding revamps.
• Coach managers through complex performance conversations and employee engagement strategies.
• Support the full employee lifecycle, from processing new hire paperwork (I-9s) to handling offboarding.
• Manage audit and compliance work in partnership with internal and external control functions.
• Identify process gaps and scale HR operations, utilizing AI to speed up documentation and reporting.

Requirements

• 3-5+ years of experience in HR or People Ops, ideally in fast-paced or high-growth environments.
• Must be based in Salt Lake City for on-site work.
• Proven ability to build trust quickly with managers and employees.
• Exceptional attention to detail and high ownership of task resolution.
• Discretion and sound judgment when handling sensitive, confidential matters.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
