Salary: $84,000 - $105,000 CAD annually

What you will do

• Partner with managers to provide coaching on employee relations, performance management, and organizational changes.
• Manage complex employee relations matters and conduct workplace investigations in collaboration with Legal.
• Execute and optimize core People programs, including performance reviews and talent initiatives.
• Analyze people data to identify trends, surface risks, and develop actionable recommendations.
• Manage leave of absence and workplace accommodation requests to ensure legal compliance.
• Advise leadership on compensation-related decisions, promotions, and internal mobility.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner, HR Generalist, or in a related Human Resources role.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• Proven track record in managing employee relations and conducting workplace investigations.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to influence leaders at all levels of the organization.
• Must be based in Vancouver, BC, Canada to fulfill hybrid office requirements.
