What you will do

• Partner with managers to strengthen leadership capabilities in performance coaching, change management, and employee relations.
• Provide day-to-day HR support across onboarding, performance management, benefits, and leave administration.
• Execute core People Operations processes, including merit and bonus cycles, HRIS transactions, and offboarding.
• Collaborate with global People Ops to drive employee engagement, talent development, and succession planning.
• Recommend agile solutions to improve workforce planning and organizational effectiveness.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws, internal policies, and restrictive covenant obligations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist role.
• Experience in fast-paced environments; technology or financial services industry experience is strongly preferred.
• Strong business acumen and the ability to influence within a global, matrixed organization.
• Proficiency with HR systems such as Workday, Greenhouse, or Culture Amp.
• Must be based in New York.
