What you will do

• Own the product roadmap and execution for one or more critical product areas within Global Defense.
• Write technical specifications, prototype solutions, and define technical architecture alongside engineers.
• Design and ship AI-powered products and tooling tailored for national security workflows.
• Analyze allied defense workflows to make informed, opinionated product decisions.
• Manage product development within unique constraints, including classification environments and air-gapped deployments.
• Drive outcomes across engineering, operations, and go-to-market functions as a founding-style team member.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in software engineering, ML engineering, or a deeply technical product role.
• Master’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong technical fluency in software engineering and ML.
• Ability to travel to allied partner nations as needed.
• Must be based in London, UK.
