What you will do

• Own the roadmap and strategy for the Coding portfolio, including SFT, preference data, and RL environments.
• Extend the SWE-Bench Pro and SWE Atlas franchises to convert benchmark authority into training-data and environment revenue.
• Partner with ML researchers and engineers to design trustworthy task specifications, rubrics, and verifiable reward signals.
• Drive the roadmap for coding infrastructure, including container environments, execution sandboxes, and automated verification.
• Manage and grow a network of professional software engineers to ensure high-quality data contributions.
• Collaborate with frontier AI labs and enterprise customers to identify model failures and influence future investments.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product management, technical program management, or customer-facing technical roles.
• Strong technical depth in software engineering with the ability to read code and reason about complex codebases.
• Familiarity with coding model training, post-training methods, agentic scaffolds, and benchmarks like SWE-Bench.
• Experience building and scaling products requiring coordination across engineering, operations, and business teams.
• Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
• Authorization to work in the United States is required.

• Experience working with AI researchers, ML teams, or developer tools.
• Experience with human-in-the-loop data pipelines.
