Senior AI Product Manager

Salary: $205,600–$257,000 USD annually, plus potential equity and benefits.

What you will do

• Own the strategy, roadmap, prioritization, launches, infrastructure investments, and expansion of an AI product portfolio.
• Coordinate product development across AI Product Management, ML Research, Engineering, Operations, and Go-To-Market teams.
• Define the full product lifecycle, from ideation and design through launch, scaling, maintenance, and sunset decisions.
• Develop trustworthy evaluation methodologies, task specifications, scoring systems, grader design, and quality standards with researchers and domain experts.
• Establish governance for evaluation integrity, contamination prevention, reproducibility, auditability, and release management.
• Work with frontier AI labs and enterprise customers to identify model weaknesses, measure adoption and impact, and create new product and revenue opportunities.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product management, technical program management, consulting, or customer-facing technical roles.
• Strong technical fluency in machine learning systems, AI model evaluation, benchmarking, or data products.
• Experience scaling products across engineering, operations, and business teams.
• Strong analytical, stakeholder management, executive communication, and product strategy skills.
• Experience with AI researchers, ML teams, evaluation frameworks, developer tools, or human-in-the-loop data pipelines is preferred.
• For the Coding portfolio: strong software engineering depth and familiarity with coding model training and evaluation, including post-training methods, agentic scaffolds, harnesses, and benchmarks.
