What you will do

• Drive critical growth projects to expand expert supply for high-priority AI initiatives.
• Develop and optimize acquisition funnels via outbound, referrals, hackathons, and partnerships.
• Improve onboarding, screening, and training systems for rapid expert activation and ramp-up.
• Manage contributor lifecycle operations including activation, retention, and churn mitigation.
• Build analytical systems to forecast capacity needs and diagnose funnel bottlenecks.
• Present strategic updates and data-driven recommendations to the executive team.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in growth, product, operations, or software engineering.
• Experience with operations-heavy business models such as marketplaces or logistics.
• Strong technical background, ideally with a degree in STEM.
• Proficiency in data analytics using SQL or Python.
• Proven ability to navigate ambiguity and scale products from the ground up.
• Hands-on experience building with AI tools and workflows.
