What you will do

• Own the strategy and roadmap for AI-powered products aimed at automating GTM and internal operations.
• Identify automation opportunities based on user pain and measurable business outcomes.
• Partner with ML engineers and data scientists on model goals, data strategy, and quality thresholds.
• Design and execute experiments, including A/B tests and offline model evaluations.
• Define product behavior for success paths, failures, and edge cases.
• Collaborate with legal, security, and compliance to ship responsible AI in regulated environments.

Requirements

• 7 to 10 years of product management experience with a proven track record of shipping AI or ML-driven products.
• Deep technical intuition regarding ML systems, training loops, prompt design, and real-time inference.
• Experience running structured experiments and offline model evaluations.
• Ability to drive complex initiatives across teams with a strong ownership mindset.
• Experience working in high-stakes or regulated environments (e.g., risk, compliance, or operations).
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.
