Technical Program Manager (Ecommerce)

Location: Hybrid based in Austin, TX (3 days per week in office)

Salary: $140,000 - $211,000

What you will do

• Lead multiple concurrent programs from inception to delivery, ensuring on-time, high-quality outcomes for clients.
• Own scope management, capacity planning, dependency tracking, and proactive risk mitigation.
• Drive Go-to-Market readiness end-to-end, aligning stakeholders across product, marketing, and sales.
• Provide transparent visibility into program status, resource needs, and milestones for executive audiences.
• Act as an Agile Coach, providing guidance on sprint planning, daily standups, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Collaborate with engineering leads to identify and remove delivery blockers.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in technical program or project management.
• Experience leading medium-to-large-scale software development initiatives within web technologies.
• Hands-on proficiency in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
• Must be based in the Austin metro area to support the hybrid work model.
• Proven ability to influence without authority across diverse, global teams.

Nice to have

• Certifications such as PgMP, PMP, Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Lean, or Six Sigma.
