What you will do
- Screen, qualify, and follow up on business leads from websites, media channels, and service hotlines.
- Contact existing contracted customers, distributors, and general agents while supporting renewal procedures and maintaining CRM records.
- Organize enterprise customer data and conduct analysis related to renewal transactions.
- Research, categorize, and maintain industry and customer data within White Space segments.
- Support sales operations, including price submissions, proposal materials, and sales management documentation.
- Coordinate marketing emails, social media posts, soft articles, and feedback collection.
Requirements
- Fluent Mandarin and English in listening, speaking, reading, and writing.
- Experience with Salesforce CRM (SFDC) and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Business communication experience in B2B enterprise sales scenarios.
- Basic understanding of enterprise application software, business workflows, and operational management.
- Strong learning ability and foundational knowledge of AI applications.
- Proactive use of AI tools to improve work efficiency.
