Enterprise Account Executive (AI/SaaS): Driving revenue growth and landing net-new logos across Northern Europe by selling AI-powered workflow orchestration with an accent on consultative enterprise sales and technical value alignment. Focus on managing full-cycle enterprise deals, implementing MEDDIC/MEDDPICC methodologies, and closing high-impact six/seven-figure deals with technical buyers.
Location: Remote (Northern Europe: UK&I, Nordics, Benelux). Visa sponsorship is available for Germany; otherwise, existing right to work is required.

What you will do
- Manage the full-cycle consultative enterprise sales motion for companies with 2,500+ employees.
- Own and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets across the Northern Europe territory.
- Proactively build pipeline through outbound prospecting and strategic account planning.
- Execute deep discovery and qualification using the MEDDIC/MEDDPICC framework.
- Translate technical AI and automation capabilities into measurable business outcomes for C-level and technical stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Solutions Engineering, Marketing, and Customer Success to accelerate deal closure and ensure smooth handoffs.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in quota-carrying enterprise SaaS sales with consistent overachievement.
- Proven success selling into Northern Europe enterprises (UK&I, Nordics, Benelux).
- Expertise in managing complex multi-stakeholder deals with long cycles and high scrutiny.
- Rigorous application of MEDDIC/MEDDPICC qualification methodologies.
- Ability to maintain high credibility with both executive (C-level) and technical (DevOps, SecOps, IT Ops) audiences.
- Existing right to work in the target regions or eligibility for German visa sponsorship.
Nice to have
- Experience selling within open-source ecosystems and understanding PLG (Product-Led Growth) signals.
- Background in API-first platforms, integration tools, or DevOps/SecOps categories.
- Experience working in early-stage scale-ups where processes are evolving.
