Salary: $169,100–$270,800 USD per year

What you will do

• Build and implement winning strategies for key travel corridors and global travel personas such as expats and students.
• Scale the hirify.global Destinations global travel platform, defining vision and value propositions for new destinations like Madrid, Tokyo, and Egypt.
• Drive strategic partnerships with top global issuers to increase customer engagement and cross-border payment volume.
• Develop sales enablement assets, including issuer pitch decks, campaign assets, and integration guides.
• Leverage market and competitive data to inform strategic decisions and track progress for senior management.

Requirements

• 7+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor's degree (or 5+ years with an Advanced degree).
• Must be a U.S. applicant.
• Proven experience in strategic, product, or international roles within a global organization.
• Strong understanding of international markets, customer segmentation, and go-to-market planning.
• Exceptional analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data and market trends.
• Experience in consumer financial services and payments.
