Location: Seattle, Washington (Hybrid: minimum 4 days per week in office)

Salary: $125,000 - 155,000 Base/year

What you will do

• Scope and execute high-impact initiatives for the SMA platform, including the implementation of new products and systems.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders on business development, platform placements, and custodian onboardings.
• Define technical and functional requirements to enhance platform infrastructure and operational frameworks.
• Manage external vendors for contracting, scoping, and implementation of custom solutions and system enhancements.
• Develop business-level dashboards and KPIs to generate data-driven insights for strategic decision-making.
• Align SMA business planning with firmwide strategy and manage the product roadmap and prioritization.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in investment management, technology, project/product management, or strategic planning.
• Proven track record of developing and executing strategic business plans.
• Deep knowledge of financial markets, investment concepts, and Separately Managed Accounts (SMA).
• Experience working in an agile environment with multiple workstreams and stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Must be based in Seattle, WA, and comply with the workplace model requiring at least 4 days a week in office.

• MBA, related graduate degree, or professional certification.
• Knowledge of CRM and financial software such as Salesforce, SS&C Advent/Eze, or InvestorTools Products.
