What you will do

• Lead end-to-end GTM strategy and execution from product conception to market adoption.
• Collaborate with Product teams to define positioning, messaging, and competitive frameworks.
• Develop and optimize the sales enablement library, including pitch decks, ROI calculators, and battle cards.
• Drive internal training and sales kickoffs for Sales and Client Success teams.
• Define and track GTM KPIs such as pipeline contribution, win rates, and content utilization.
• Mentor other PMMs on GTM best practices and launch execution.

Requirements

• 6–9 years of product marketing experience in B2B SaaS.
• At least 2 years in a senior or lead PMM capacity.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Experience in Fintech, financial services, or banking technology strongly preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or Communications.
• Expertise in positioning, messaging, and persona development.
