Program Manager, Scale Onboarding (SaaS)

What you will do

• Manage scale customer onboarding programs for a high volume of commercial customers.
• Partner with sales, marketing, and enablement teams to develop and evangelize the program within the organization.
• Drive a high volume of customers toward successful onboarding closeout and goal achievement.
• Build and optimize scalable customer programs in collaboration with Marketing and Operations.
• Analyze metrics and customer feedback to identify product opportunities and new customer initiatives.
• Develop educational content and enablement resources to accelerate product adoption.

Requirements

• 4+ years of relevant work experience, ideally in B2B SaaS.
• Experience managing customer onboarding or implementation of technical products.
• Demonstrated ability to drive successful outcomes for many customers simultaneously.
• Proven time management and organizational skills.
• Comfort speaking to diverse customer personas and leading wide-scale webinars.
• Must be based in London and attend in-person onboarding.

Nice to have

• Experience using Figma or other UX/UI tools.
• Proven track record of adapting to new technologies and learning quickly.
