What you will do
- Plan, coordinate, and deliver a portfolio of interrelated projects supporting MyProtein Activewear’s strategic objectives.
- Use Monday.com to define programme scope, objectives, deliverables, milestones, and success measures.
- Develop and maintain critical paths, integrated plans, roadmaps, budgets, and resource plans.
- Coordinate Go To Market activities, interdependent workstreams, project managers, and delivery teams.
- Establish governance, reporting, risk controls, and decision-making forums.
- Monitor progress, manage dependencies and programme-level risks, resolve blockers, and track benefits through completion.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing complex programmes or multiple related projects in the clothing or retail sectors.
- Strong knowledge of Monday.com for programme and project management.
- Excellent stakeholder-management skills, including the ability to influence senior leaders.
- Strong leadership, planning, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience managing budgets, resources, risks, dependencies, and delivery schedules.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including executive-level reporting, and experience working across departments, suppliers, and delivery teams in a matrix environment.
