Senior Strategic Program Manager (SaaS): Leading complex enterprise programs across pre-sales strategy, onboarding, integrations, governance, and long-term value realization with an accent on strategic advisory, executive stakeholder alignment, and measurable customer outcomes. Focus on designing program plans, managing cross-functional workstreams, identifying risks and expansion opportunities, and driving adoption across global enterprise rollouts.
Location: Paris, France, hybrid; 2 days at the office and 3 days remote

What you will do
- Define and lead strategic program plans, including success metrics, governance structures, milestones, and value realization frameworks.
- Oversee complex customer engagements across pre-sales alignment, onboarding, adoption, optimization, and long-term value delivery.
- Act as the customer voice and use program data to identify risks, opportunities, and issues requiring executive attention.
- Lead steering committees, program reviews, executive cadences, and decision forums.
- Partner with Account Management and Sales on account strategies, value storytelling, expansion, and service opportunities.
- Coordinate with Product, Engineering, Delivery, Sales, and Customer Success to deliver tailored enterprise solutions.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience managing multiple complex projects, expanding accounts, and winning accounts.
- Experience working with enterprise customers and understanding SaaS business drivers.
- Strong strategic discovery, executive communication, storytelling, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to organize complex programs, manage multiple workstreams, remove blockers, and drive measurable outcomes.
- Fluency in French and English is required.

- Experience in consulting or enterprise delivery.
- Experience with full-lifecycle SaaS implementation and deployment at global scale.
- Experience with global rollouts and integration-heavy projects.
