Senior Technical Producer (Data Foundations)

What you will do

• Maintain the Data Foundations portfolio as a trusted view of progress, risks, and commitments.
• Develop vendor strategy, renewal planning, and operating processes with Procurement, Purchasing, Finance, TSO, and Legal.
• Partner with Finance on budgeting, forecasting, capitalization, spend management, and financial reporting.
• Identify opportunities to streamline operations, improve value visibility, and strengthen investment cases.
• Represent Data Foundations Business Operations in cross-Riot data forums and stakeholder rituals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• At least 6 years of experience as a Producer, Technical Program Manager, Chief of Staff, Business Operations lead, or in a comparable technical role.
• Experience managing portfolio, vendor, or financial operations for a technical or platform team.
• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to explain complex operational details to senior leaders.
• Demonstrated success improving operating practices, clarity, efficiency, and execution across teams.
• Experience applying AI and automation to organizational workflows and decision-making.

Nice to have

• Experience with data, developer, or infrastructure platforms.
• SaaS vendor management at scale, including renewals, contract preparation, and QBRs.
• Finance partnership on forecasting, spend management, or capitalization.
• Familiarity with Jira, portfolio reporting tools, SQL, and dashboards.
• Experience in games or another creative-technical industry.
