Location: United States, Washington, Redmond

Salary: USD $106,400–$203,600 per year across the U.S.; USD $137,600–$222,600 per year in the San Francisco Bay Area and New York City metropolitan area.

What you will do

• Shape and evolve the executive operating model and rhythm of business for the Core commercial organization.
• Lead the operations and execution of the Commercial Business Overview, synthesizing trends, opportunities, blockers, and recommended actions.
• Prepare senior leaders for decisions through clear narratives, data-driven insights, agendas, and executive materials.
• Align Core, Commercial Solution Area, field, regional, and corporate stakeholders across priorities and execution.
• Drive governance, ownership, action tracking, and follow-through across multiple concurrent workstreams.
• Improve and automate cadences, tooling, and processes while introducing new capabilities, including AI.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in business administration or a related field and 3+ years of relevant experience, or bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, liberal arts, computer science, or a related field and 4+ years of relevant experience, or equivalent experience.
• Preferred: 6+ years of relevant experience with a master’s degree or 8+ years with a bachelor’s degree; 7+ years in business operations, strategy, business management, or program management in a complex enterprise environment.
• Experience designing and running executive business reviews and operating cadences, including monthly and quarterly reviews.
• Ability to influence across matrixed organizations without direct authority and coordinate sales, finance, marketing, field, regional, and corporate teams.
• Strong executive communication, storytelling, data synthesis, recommendation development, work-back scheduling, and action tracking skills.
• Experience with strategy, management consulting, finance, investment or funding governance, and/or financial operations is valuable.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Microsoft commercial operating rhythms such as CBO, Cohorts, and IARs.
• Experience spanning corporate strategy and field or regional operations.
• Early adoption of AI capabilities and a customer-zero mindset.
