Senior Ethernet Product Manager (Networking)

What you will do

• Define next-gen product requirements and guide future investments in partnership with engineering and architecture teams.
• Translate customer requirements and market research into clear product specifications and execution plans.
• Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify emerging trends and potential disruptions.
• Develop business cases, pricing strategies, cost models, and revenue forecasts.
• Define product positioning and support go-to-market execution with sales and marketing teams.
• Build strategic relationships with customers and represent the company at industry forums and standards activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Computer, or Software Engineering.
• 10+ years of industry experience in datacenters, servers, or Ethernet Networking.
• 10+ years of product or technical management experience.
• 5+ years of experience with networking protocols and data center system architectures.
• 5+ years of experience developing product business value propositions.
• Must be authorized to work in the US without immigration sponsorship.

Nice to have

• MBA or advanced engineering degree.
• Experience with Cloud, Telco, and Enterprise data center deployments.
• Familiarity with ASIC/SoC development cycles and vendor management.
• Experience in contract negotiations and silicon supply chain operations.
