Product Manager (Networking)

Location: San Francisco (Hybrid)

Salary: $205,000 – $275,000 per year

What you will do

• Design and prioritize features for firewall, routing, and SD-WAN solutions including VPN, ACLs, BGP, and DNS security.
• Collaborate with firmware, backend, frontend, and model engineering teams to deliver high-velocity product updates.
• Triage bugs, manage support requests, and participate in customer QBR calls to ensure product stability.
• Plan weekly roadmaps in direct collaboration with leadership to align product development with customer outcomes.
• Translate complex technical requirements into intuitive features for IT administrators and network engineers.

Requirements

• Proven experience building products in the enterprise security or networking industry.
• Deep understanding of networking protocols including BGP, OSPF, NAT, ACLs, and packet policy.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience shipping products incrementally and learning from imperfect versions.
• Must be able to work in a hybrid environment in San Francisco.
