What you will do

• Define product strategy, market requirements, positioning, and roadmaps for next-generation Cloud and AI switching solutions.
• Shape networking architectures across Ethernet switching, NICs, optical networking, accelerators, and scale-up and scale-out platforms.
• Partner with engineering, architecture, product execution, operations, sales, and executive stakeholders to align technology with customer needs.
• Engage hyperscalers, cloud providers, ODMs, OEMs, ecosystem partners, and technology alliances to validate concepts and drive platform adoption.
• Develop competitive analysis, market intelligence, customer presentations, messaging, and technical narratives.
• Support funnel development, strategic customer engagement, and go-to-market initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 10+ years of semiconductor industry experience with strong expertise in Ethernet switching and data center networking.
• Experience defining and driving complex semiconductor or networking products.
• Strong understanding of Cloud and AI switching architectures and high-speed interconnect technologies, including Ethernet, PCIe, UEC, and UALink.
• Experience with silicon architecture and engineering organizations, semiconductor product lifecycle management, and NPI execution.
• Strong product positioning, customer messaging, go-to-market, communication, presentation, strategic thinking, and market analysis skills.

Nice to have

• MSEE and/or MBA.
• Experience with hyperscale cloud infrastructure and AI networking ecosystems.
• Familiarity with optical networking and vertically integrated infrastructure solutions.
• Industry relationships across cloud, networking, or AI infrastructure markets.
