What you will do

• Lead complex enterprise onboardings to ensure customers realize the full value of the platform.
• Develop tailored rollout frameworks aligned with customer business structures and goals.
• Drive customer timelines and product engagement to maximize user adoption.
• Collaborate to refine internal implementation processes and best practices.
• Partner with Customer Education and Product teams to improve the Help Center and product experience.

Requirements

• Must be based in San Francisco, CA and able to commute to the office 1-2 times per week.
• 5+ years of experience implementing SaaS or enterprise software for large, multi-region clients.
• Proven ability to scope, plan, and deliver multi-phase projects with executive visibility.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, including the ability to influence senior decision-makers.
• Ability to manage multiple strategic initiatives simultaneously with high attention to detail.
