What you will do

• Lead multi-phase and multi-disciplinary client engagements from initiation through completion.
• Manage project financial performance, including forecasting, margin protection, and revenue recognition.
• Coordinate dependencies across multiple workstreams to ensure alignment with contractual commitments.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to protect delivery outcomes and client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with Practice Leadership to optimize delivery processes and project profitability.
• Present project status, risks, and strategic recommendations to client and internal executive audiences.

Requirements

• 8–12 years of project management experience.
• Must be located in or able to work from Oak Brook, IL, USA.
• Proven success leading large-scale, multi-workstream client engagements.
• Strong financial acumen and experience managing project profitability.
• PMP certification or an equivalent professional credential.
• Experience managing enterprise cloud deployments, specifically utilizing Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

Nice to have

• Experience supporting Organizational Change Management (OCM) initiatives.
• Familiarity with OCM frameworks such as Prosci ADKAR.
• Prosci Change Management Certification.
• Experience driving user adoption during enterprise technology and cloud transformations.
