What you will do

• Lead end-to-end implementation projects for large enterprise, multi-site, and strategic customer accounts.
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, risks, and stakeholder expectations across multiple concurrent implementations.
• Coordinate account configuration, device activation, integrations, installation logistics, and training.
• Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Integrations, and Operations teams to ensure successful deployment.
• Act as a subject matter expert and escalation point for complex technical and process-related issues.
• Mentor junior Implementation Project Managers through coaching, training, and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in project management, implementation, or customer success, preferably in SaaS or telematics.
• Proven success managing complex, multi-phase customer implementations and executive-level relationships.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Exceptional communication and customer-facing skills.
• Experience with Salesforce and other CRM platforms.
