What you will do

• Develop GTM strategies for new product launches and market entries.
• Monitor and report on sales performance metrics across segments, verticals, and geographies.
• Partner with Sales Leadership to build dashboards, scorecards, and KPIs to drive accountability.
• Support territory and quota planning, coverage optimization, and segmentation strategies.
• Conduct win/loss analysis and pipeline conversion studies to inform GTM motions.
• Use AI tools (LLMs, AI copilots) to automate analysis and build a next-generation AI-driven RevOps function.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in GTM, strategy, business operations, or related analytics roles.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, SQL, and BI tools.
• Experience working with CRM and sales enablement platforms such as Salesforce and HighSpot.
• Must be a U.S. person (citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee) to comply with U.S. Government export regulations.
• Ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights for executive reporting.
• Experience in B2B SaaS, Cloud, or a high-growth technology company.
