What you will do

• Administer day-to-day equity activities including grants, vesting events, exercises, releases, and terminations.
• Maintain employee equity records and ensure data integrity across equity, HRIS, payroll, and finance systems.
• Prepare recurring and ad hoc equity reports and perform data validation for Reward, Finance, and Legal stakeholders.
• Manage the equity operations mailbox and create educational materials and FAQs regarding stock plans and taxation.
• Ensure compliance with securities regulations, insider trading requirements, and internal governance standards.
• Identify and implement opportunities to automate and streamline equity administration processes.

Requirements

• Experience in stock plan administration, equity compensation, or share plan operations.
• Proven experience administering equity plans within a multinational or publicly traded company.
• Deep understanding of stock options, RSUs, RSAs, Performance Awards, and vesting schedules.
• Strong Excel skills and comfort working with large datasets.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills for drafting employee-facing materials.
• Must be based in the US
