Senior Analyst, Stock Operations (AI)

What you will do

• Administer global employee and executive equity activities, including grants, vesting, exercises, releases, transfers, and terminations.
• Maintain equity records and validate data across equity, HRIS, payroll, and finance systems.
• Prepare recurring and ad hoc reports, reconciliations, forecasts, and analysis for cross-functional stakeholders.
• Manage employee equity enquiries and create communications, FAQs, and educational materials.
• Support audits, board reporting, annual filings, securities compliance, and internal controls.
• Identify opportunities to automate and improve equity processes, including Workday and equity platform enhancements.

Requirements

• Experience in stock plan administration, equity compensation, share plan operations, or a related field.
• Experience administering employee equity plans in a multinational or publicly traded company.
• Understanding of stock options, RSUs, RSAs, performance awards, vesting schedules, exercises, and employee share plans.
• Experience preparing operational reports and analysing equity data, with strong Excel skills and comfort working with large datasets.
• Excellent attention to detail, organisation, prioritisation, and written and verbal communication skills.
