What you will do

  • Administer end-to-end equity programs including stock options, RSUs, PSUs, and ESPP for global populations.
  • Ensure global compliance with tax, securities, labor, and mobility regulations.
  • Partner with HR, Finance, Legal, and Payroll teams to align on equity-related reporting and compliance.
  • Lead strategic initiatives such as system implementations, automation, and IPO readiness.
  • Maintain accurate records for audits, SOX controls, and SEC disclosure requirements.
  • Resolve complex issues related to global equity transactions and tax reporting.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of progressive experience in U.S. and global equity administration.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Deep knowledge of equity-related financial reporting, SOX controls, and SEC disclosure requirements.
  • Experience with international taxation and compliance in APAC, EMEA, or LATAM regions.
  • Advanced Excel and data reconciliation skills.
  • CEP Level III certification is strongly preferred.
