What you will do

• Define and own the product strategy, roadmap, and delivery plans for embedded finance offerings.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and commercial teams to launch scalable products like payments, card issuing, and FX.
• Partner with major platforms and marketplaces to drive integration and adoption of financial services.
• Manage complex tradeoffs between long-term vision and immediate growth in a data-driven environment.
• Lead and mentor a team of Product Managers to foster excellence in execution and product ownership.
• Champion developer experience to ensure API and component solutions remain industry-leading.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Product Management, including go-to-market and solution architecture.
• Proven success in taking products from ideation to delivery at a global scale.
• Experience in fintech, SaaS, payments, or platform product environments.
• Strong background in API and platform integration.
• Ability to thrive in cross-functional, fast-paced, and data-driven teams.
• Must be based in San Francisco, Singapore, or London.
