Manager, Legal Operations and Services (AI)

Location: Morristown, New Jersey, United States (Hybrid)

Salary: $105,000–$130,000 annual base salary, plus performance-related bonus

What you will do

• Lead legal operations across North America and improve processes, resource management, and service delivery.
• Drive legal technology initiatives involving matter management, legal holds, AI tools, and e-signature platforms.
• Manage and develop a small team of paralegals.
• Oversee confidentiality agreements and corporate governance activities across North American entities.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, spending, outside counsel engagements, fee planning, and performance analysis.
• Support strategic and sensitive projects, including mergers and acquisitions.

Requirements

• Significant experience in an in-house legal or similar environment.
• Strong financial and operational management skills, including budgeting and reporting.
• Confidence using legal technologies and willingness to learn new tools, including AI solutions.
• Ability to manage priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills for working with internal teams and external partners.
• Proven leadership experience, with high integrity, discretion, and professional judgment.
