What you will do

  • Manage the end-to-end global litigation docket, driving strategy and resolution across various jurisdictions.
  • Lead relationships with outside counsel to ensure alignment on case strategy and cost efficiency.
  • Conduct internal investigations by gathering evidence and interviewing stakeholders to shape legal positions.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, HR, IT, and Product teams to resolve legal and regulatory issues.
  • Scale global compliance programs, including policies, procedures, and governance frameworks.
  • Monitor global regulatory trends to implement proactive risk mitigation strategies.

Requirements

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
  • Active bar membership in good standing in a US state or territory.
  • Minimum 8 years of legal experience in private practice or in-house roles.
  • Substantial litigation experience within a government agency, top law firm, or major tech organization.
  • Expertise in regulatory compliance, privacy, and technology-related legal matters.

Nice to have

  • Experience with international business operations and cross-border legal matters.
  • Deep understanding of tech industry regulatory frameworks.
  • Proven ability to operationalize compliance programs at scale.
