Labor, Litigation & Compliance Counsel (AI)

Location: Remote - US

Salary: $163,400–$287,400 base compensation

What you will do

• Manage the end-to-end strategy, execution, and resolution of global litigation matters across jurisdictions.
• Lead relationships with outside counsel, including case strategy, performance, and cost management.
• Conduct internal investigations by gathering evidence, interviewing stakeholders, and developing defensible legal positions.
• Advise business leaders on pre-litigation disputes, regulatory matters, and legal risk.
• Strengthen compliance policies, procedures, and governance frameworks while monitoring global regulatory trends.
• Align legal risk management with operational and product innovation goals.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor degree and active bar membership in good standing in a US state or territory.
• At least 8 years of legal experience across private practice and in-house environments.
• Substantial litigation experience in a government agency, leading law firm, or major technology organization.
• Expertise in regulatory compliance, privacy, and technology-related legal matters.
• Ability to collaborate with finance, HR, privacy, IT, sales, product, and other business functions.
• Sound judgment and experience managing multiple high-priority matters with minimal supervision.

• Deep knowledge of technology-industry legal and regulatory frameworks.
