Salary: $163,400 - $287,400

What you will do
- Manage the end-to-end global litigation docket, driving strategy and resolution across various jurisdictions.
- Lead relationships with outside counsel to ensure alignment on case strategy and cost efficiency.
- Conduct internal investigations by gathering evidence and interviewing stakeholders to shape legal positions.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, HR, IT, and Product teams to resolve legal and regulatory issues.
- Scale global compliance programs, including policies, procedures, and governance frameworks.
- Monitor global regulatory trends to implement proactive risk mitigation strategies.
Requirements
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
- Active bar membership in good standing in a US state or territory.
- Minimum 8 years of legal experience in private practice or in-house roles.
- Substantial litigation experience within a government agency, top law firm, or major tech organization.
- Expertise in regulatory compliance, privacy, and technology-related legal matters.

- Experience with international business operations and cross-border legal matters.
- Deep understanding of tech industry regulatory frameworks.
- Proven ability to operationalize compliance programs at scale.
