What you will do

• Act as the senior technical authority for IP networking across broadcast and live production environments in EMEA.
• Lead pre-sales engagements by designing and validating architectures for broadcast and professional A/V customers.
• Design and support IP-based media workflows using AES67, Dante, Ravenna, SMPTE ST 2110, NDI, and IPMX.
• Build lab environments, testbeds, and demonstrations for validation, partner enablement, and customer engagements.
• Collaborate with OEM partners, system integrators, Sales, Business Development, Alliances, Product, and Engineering teams.
• Deliver technical training and provide product feedback on switching, multicast, QoS, redundancy, and timing-sensitive environments.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience in broadcast, live production, or professional A/V environments with a strong IP networking foundation.
• Practical knowledge of AES67, Dante, Ravenna, SMPTE ST 2110, NDI, and IPMX.
• Experience with production facilities, OB trucks, post-production, intercom systems, or enterprise studios.
• Previous customer-facing experience in pre-sales engineering, system design, or technical consulting.
• Knowledge of VLANs, link aggregation, network segmentation, multicast, QoS, PTP, redundancy, high-availability design, and spine-leaf architectures.
• Willingness to travel frequently, up to 60%, including internationally across EMEA.

Nice to have

• Experience with IP-based orchestration, control, or monitoring platforms such as TAG, Nevion, or Evertz.
• Experience with live production, esports, WAN, or remote production workflows.
• Familiarity with VXLAN/EVPN, REST APIs, automation, or Python scripting.
