What you will do

• Lead systems integration activities for complex propulsion systems across multiple engine subsystems.
• Coordinate between design, systems, controls, and electronics teams to resolve technical integration challenges.
• Manage system interfaces, requirements, and dependencies throughout the product lifecycle.
• Review and validate engineering solutions to ensure compliance with programme and customer requirements.
• Perform root cause analysis to investigate and resolve integration issues.
• Support system architecture development and integration planning activities.

Requirements

• Industry experience in systems engineering, systems integration, or a related engineering function.
• Proven experience working with gas turbine engines or complex propulsion systems.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, or equivalent military experience.
• Strong understanding of the interactions between mechanical, electrical, and control systems.
• Ability to obtain and maintain Security Clearance (Clearable).

Nice to have

• Experience within the aerospace, defence, or energy sectors.
• Familiarity with systems engineering methodologies and requirements management tools.
• Knowledge of engine electrical hardware and associated interfaces.
• Experience supporting verification, validation, and testing (V&V) activities.
