Nebius is building a full-stack AI cloud platform that supports developers and enterprises from model training through to production deployment.

What you will do

• Lead electrical engineering evaluation of prospective sites, colocation capacity, and build-to-suit opportunities.
• Define and own technical assumptions for power distribution topology, capacity, and equipment strategy.
• Assess utility interconnection, on-site generation, and redundancy strategies (N, N+1, 2N) against site conditions.
• Perform electrical due diligence to provide Go/No-Go input on site feasibility.
• Establish electrical technical readiness criteria and handoff standards for the Delivery organization.
• Coordinate with consulting engineers, utility providers, and equipment vendors to validate strategies.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in data center electrical engineering, power systems design, or mission-critical electrical systems.
• Expertise in medium-voltage distribution, switchgear, UPS systems, and generators for high-density AI environments.
• Strong understanding of electrical capacity planning and redundancy topology.
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
• Must be authorized to work in the country in which you apply.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting hyperscale data center or AI infrastructure development.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license or similar professional certification.
• Experience with EPMS/BMS controls integration and electrical systems commissioning.
• Experience with utility interconnection agreements and queue strategy.
