What you will do

• Design and optimize onboarding and ongoing training programs for new sales hires to ensure quick ramp-up.
• Partner with Product Marketers to manage sales collateral, including case studies, battle cards, and pitch decks.
• Collaborate with Sales Leadership and RevOps to refine sales processes and workflows for maximum effectiveness.
• Track key enablement metrics (onboarding time, win rates, content usage) to inform future program improvements.
• Serve as the primary liaison between frontline sales teams and internal product/marketing updates.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in sales enablement, B2B sales, or sales operations.
• Experience within SaaS or GovTech domains.
• Proficiency with CRM (e.g., Salesforce), LMS platforms, and sales engagement tools.
• Strong communication, project management, and change management skills.
• Ability to analyze sales data to drive strategic decision-making.
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid (3 days/week) in Oakville, ON.

• Previous direct experience in B2B sales.
