Compensation: $110,000–$123,000 OTE per year

What you will do

  • Manage the entire sales cycle from initial outreach to contract execution for new MSP and MSSP partners.
  • Conduct thorough discovery conversations to identify customer goals and business priorities.
  • Qualify opportunities using the BANT framework to ensure alignment with the ideal customer profile.
  • Present and position the company's UEM, security, and backup solutions to key decision-makers.
  • Maintain a robust sales pipeline through inbound leads, marketing programs, and self-generated prospecting.
  • Collaborate with Sales Engineering and cross-functional teams to support technical evaluations.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in SaaS, technology, cybersecurity, cloud, or managed services sales.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in new business roles.
  • Strong discovery and qualification skills, including experience with BANT or similar methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and closing abilities.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
  • Ability to engage effectively with business owners and executives.

Nice to have

  • Experience selling specifically to MSPs, MSSPs, or channel partners.
  • Knowledge of endpoint management, disaster recovery, or IT operations solutions.
  • Experience selling recurring revenue or subscription-based software.
