What you will do

  • Design and own the sales enablement roadmap aligned with pipeline, win rate, and ramp time goals.
  • Build and maintain a centralized sales content library including pitch decks, discovery guides, and competitive battlecards.
  • Redesign and manage onboarding and ramp programs for AEs, SDRs, and SEs to reduce time-to-first-deal.
  • Embed and reinforce consistent sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC or Challenger across the organization.
  • Lead field readiness for new product launches, packaging changes, and pricing updates.
  • Act as a primary liaison between Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to translate field feedback into product inputs.

Requirements

  • 5–8 years of experience in Sales Enablement, Product Marketing, or a field-facing B2B SaaS role.
  • Demonstrated experience building or scaling a sales enablement function.
  • Strong content creation skills for developing battlecards, pitch decks, and discovery guides.
  • Experience with recognized sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDPICC, Challenger, Command of the Message).
  • Proficiency with sales content management platforms like Highspot, Seismic, or Guru.
  • Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

  • Experience in the employee communications, digital workplace, or workplace technology space.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Gong, or Groove.
  • Prior experience as a quota-carrying AE or SDR.
  • Experience enabling both direct and channel/partner sales motions.
