What you will do
- Design and own the sales enablement roadmap aligned with pipeline, win rate, and ramp time goals.
- Build and maintain a centralized sales content library including pitch decks, discovery guides, and competitive battlecards.
- Redesign and manage onboarding and ramp programs for AEs, SDRs, and SEs to reduce time-to-first-deal.
- Embed and reinforce consistent sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC or Challenger across the organization.
- Lead field readiness for new product launches, packaging changes, and pricing updates.
- Act as a primary liaison between Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to translate field feedback into product inputs.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience in Sales Enablement, Product Marketing, or a field-facing B2B SaaS role.
- Demonstrated experience building or scaling a sales enablement function.
- Strong content creation skills for developing battlecards, pitch decks, and discovery guides.
- Experience with recognized sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDPICC, Challenger, Command of the Message).
- Proficiency with sales content management platforms like Highspot, Seismic, or Guru.
- Must be based in the United States.
Nice to have
- Experience in the employee communications, digital workplace, or workplace technology space.
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Gong, or Groove.
- Prior experience as a quota-carrying AE or SDR.
- Experience enabling both direct and channel/partner sales motions.
