What you will do

• Partner with business unit presidents and leaders to define priorities, analyze customer and employee journeys, and establish outcome-oriented roadmaps.
• Lead the identification and prioritization of operational and technology initiatives supporting underwriting and business objectives.
• Represent business units in cross-functional transformation programs and oversee the impact of technology, analytics, and automation-enabled workflows.
• Develop product management disciplines, business relationship practices, and outcome-based delivery models.
• Coordinate with IT, Data, Process Engineering, Strategic Analytics, and other enterprise functions to manage dependencies and improve ways of working.
• Lead goal setting, performance evaluation, and professional development for applicable product owners and team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 10+ years of experience in insurance operations or underwriting, preferably in specialty and commercial insurance.
• 5–10+ years of experience as a Business Relationship Manager, Strategic Advisor, or Product Management professional working across business, underwriting, operations, and technology.
• Experience with business relationship management, industry product management, product operating models, and digital transformation execution.
• Strong strategic communication, stakeholder management, change management, and cross-functional leadership skills.
• Certified Business Relationship Manager, Product Management certification, or equivalent Agile certification.
