What you will do

• Execute the personal lines strategic roadmap and manage standard product offerings.
• Conduct market and data-driven analysis to identify growth opportunities and present business cases to leadership.
• Collaborate with Claims, Underwriting, Marketing, Actuarial, and Legal teams to design and implement product changes.
• Manage the end-to-end product development lifecycle from concept and regulatory filing to launch.
• Monitor regulatory developments and incorporate required changes into the strategic roadmap.
• Develop compliant form language in coordination with legal and claims teams.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Short Hills, New Jersey.
• 5+ years of experience in Product Management or insurance-related roles.
• Strong technical underwriting knowledge and familiarity with ISO circulars and bulletins.
• Proficiency in Excel, SQL, Cognos, and Access.
• Ability to research coverage and analyze competitive market data independently.
• College degree preferred.

Nice to have

• 5+ years of specific line of business experience.
