Location: Hybrid role requiring two days per week in a office in New York, Atlanta, Chicago, Hartford, or Boston. Travel of up to 25% is required.
Salary: $200,000–$250,000

What you will do
- Set the vision, underwriting strategy, risk appetite, pricing, and coverage direction for the Cyber and Technology E&O portfolio.
- Own product P&L and prioritize initiatives based on customer value, business impact, technical feasibility, and risk appetite.
- Monitor market conditions, regulatory changes, industry trends, emerging risks, portfolio performance, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
- Build and maintain underwriting applications, guidelines, risk-scoring tools, data processes, and authority frameworks.
- Lead product launches, go-to-market activities, underwriting rollouts, broker engagement, and distribution strategy.
- Collaborate with marketing, claims, actuarial, distribution, underwriting operations, and senior leadership while developing training and best practices.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in product management and/or underwriting for Cyber or Technology E&O products.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, computer science, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of commercial insurance, customer segments, competitors, and Cyber/Tech E&O market trends.
- Expertise in product vision, strategy, roadmap development, prioritization, execution, and profitability management.
- Strong analytical, strategic-thinking, decision-making, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to influence senior executives, internal stakeholders, customers, brokers, and underwriting teams.
Nice to have
- MBA or another advanced degree.
- Experience with Lloyd’s of London.
- CPCU or RPLU designation.
