What you will do

• Own the product strategy, multi-year roadmap, and go-to-market direction for the Inbound Communications Solutions portfolio.
• Define standardized product visions for imaging, capture, workflow automation, and data extraction.
• Translate market trends and Voice of the Customer feedback into scalable product capabilities.
• Lead the evolution of multichannel capture capabilities across mail, digital files, email, fax, and mobile.
• Partner with Technology, Operations, and Sales to deliver a cohesive end-to-end product experience.
• Drive requirements for document classification, AI-based extraction, OCR, and workflow orchestration.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in product management, product strategy, or related leadership.
• Deep expertise in inbound communications, IDP, imaging, or enterprise content services.
• Proven track record of scaling standardized enterprise product offerings in complex environments.
• Experience with OCR, AI-enabled extraction, and business process automation platforms.
• Strong ability to influence senior internal leaders and strategic clients.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.

Nice to have

• MBA or other relevant advanced degree.
• Experience serving financial services, banking, insurance, or healthcare industries.
• Familiarity with regulated data handling, audit trails, and compliance-driven workflows.
