What you will do

• Support cross-departmental CRM initiatives as a subject-matter expert and advisor on platform best practices.
• Analyze client business requirements and workflows for student marketing programs.
• Maintain CRM platforms, troubleshoot issues, and manage feature rollouts and user communications.
• Create training materials and deliver CRM training for users and stakeholders.
• Identify automation and third-party integration opportunities to improve campaign efficiency and outcomes.
• Use analytics and AI-enabled tools to improve decision-making while protecting data privacy and maintaining human oversight.

Requirements

• 4+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• In-depth knowledge of Salesforce, Slate, Element451, or a comparable CRM platform.
• Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively, adapt to changing priorities, and maintain strong attention to detail.
• Experience in agile development environments and a demonstrated commitment to continuous learning.
