CRM Strategist (Salesforce)

Location: Remote within the United States

Salary: $70,000–$78,000 per year, plus an annual bonus and benefits.

What you will do

• Support cross-departmental CRM initiatives as a subject matter expert and provide best practices.
• Analyze client business requirements and workflows for student marketing initiatives.
• Maintain CRM platforms, troubleshoot issues, develop user training materials, and communicate updates.
• Identify opportunities to improve CRM processes through automation and third-party tools.
• Integrate information across marketing campaigns and optimize delivery for specific channels.
• Use analytics and AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency and business outcomes while maintaining data privacy and human oversight.

Requirements

• 4+ years of relevant professional experience and a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• In-depth knowledge of Salesforce, Slate, Element451, or a similar CRM system.
• Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
• Experience working in agile development environments and adapting to changing priorities.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, initiative, collaboration, and independent working ability.
