Senior Business Analyst, Revenue Analytics (AI)

Location: Remote within the United States, but must be within commuting distance of the New York City, Chicago, San Francisco, or Los Angeles offices.

Salary: $167,500–$234,500 USD annually, plus potential equity and commission depending on the position offered.

What you will do

• Partner with Sales, Go-To-Market Strategy, Finance, Product, and Data Science to deliver analytics for Reddit’s revenue strategy.
• Develop and govern semantic models and business logic for dashboards and AI-driven analytical tools.
• Build, maintain, and improve ETL workflows, Salesforce-to-revenue mappings, and BigQuery data pipelines.
• Translate complex data findings into actionable growth opportunities and performance improvements.
• Automate recurring reporting and ensure timely delivery of trusted insights.
• Support the development of agentic analytics tooling for the Large Customer Sales channel.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• 4+ years of relevant experience in sales operations, business operations, consulting, investment banking, or a similar field.
• 3+ years of experience with SQL and relational databases.
• 3+ years of experience developing dashboards in Looker or a similar tool.
• Experience with large-scale data processing and analysis; BigQuery knowledge is valuable.
• Strong strategic thinking, analytical ability, communication skills, and experience using AI-assisted coding or development tools.
