Implementation Specialist (Salesforce, AI)

Location: Remote candidates must be based in Canada; Vancouver, British Columbia, with a preference for PST/EST. Travel within Canada and the US is required without restriction.

Salary: $80,000–$90,000 CAD annually, plus bonus and benefits.

What you will do

• Lead discovery, understand business requirements, and propose functional designs using native and declarative Salesforce solutions.
• Demo product capabilities, configure Salesforce and integrated third-party products, and build custom solutions.
• Lead best practices for designing, testing, deploying, and managing new functionality and environments.
• Transform and load data, configure Salesforce security, and develop reports and dashboards.
• Prepare clients for go-live by creating administrator documentation and leading train-the-trainer sessions.
• Use AI tools and agents to accelerate documentation and solution design, and evaluate Agentforce opportunities in client Salesforce organizations.

Requirements

• Degree or diploma in Business, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
• At least 2 years of technology, consulting, or internal technology management experience.
• Experience configuring Salesforce and integrating third-party products.
• Ability to translate business requirements and pain points into functional designs and facilitate discovery workshops.
• Experience using AI assistants such as Claude, ChatGPT, or Copilot for requirements gathering, documentation, or solution design.
• Must be based in Canada and able to travel throughout Canada and the US without restriction.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Salesforce Agentforce or comparable agentic AI tools.
• Billing, finance, accounting, or payments experience.
• Experience with nonprofit community centers or parks and recreation organizations.
