Pricing Analyst (Clean Energy)

Location: Remote within the United States

Salary: $60,000–$80,000 base salary annually, plus potential discretionary annual bonus

What you will do

• Review RFP requirements and manage pricing activities, deadlines, approvals, and submission documentation throughout the proposal process.
• Collect, validate, and consolidate cost inputs from internal teams and subcontractors into final pricing models.
• Analyze historical benchmarks, industry standards, sales trends, competitor information, market factors, and client feedback to establish competitive pricing.
• Develop pricing strategies and scenario models that support deal capture, margin performance, and revenue targets.
• Present pricing models and financial analyses to leadership for approval.
• Implement pricing best practices and continuous process improvements across the Pricing Desk.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, energy, engineering, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in business consulting, finance, engineering, or a related field.
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office, CRM tools, and BI/BA platforms.
• Experience using and maintaining pricing tools and templates, with strong financial and analytical skills.
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
• Collaborative, curious, proactive, and engaged approach to working with cross-functional and leadership teams.

Nice to have

• Operations analysis or business consulting experience.
• Pricing template or tool development, model building, and scenario analysis experience.
• Financial analysis or corporate finance experience.
• Experience presenting to senior team members or working directly with clients.
