What you will do

• Execute domestic and international shipments while ensuring strict compliance with export control and environmental regulations.
• Lead daily shipping priorities and workflows in partnership with the Materials Supervisor to meet delivery commitments.
• Coordinate with major carriers (FedEx, UPS, DHL, LTL) to select optimal transportation modes based on cost and risk.
• Manage all outbound shipping transactions and inventory replenishment within SAP.
• Oversee the receiving, inspection, and disposition of incoming materials, returns, and repair shipments.
• Operate forklift and other material handling equipment to support warehouse operations.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 4+ years of experience in shipping, receiving, or export operations within a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in SAP for handling complex shipping and inventory transactions.
• Proven experience executing export-compliant domestic and international shipments.
• Ability to safely lift, push, or pull up to 50 pounds.
• Availability to participate in a mandatory on-call rotation every other month.
