What you will do

• Lead Weekly Sales and Operation Execution (S&OE) and Monthly S&OP meetings to present supply plans and inventory levels.
• Develop 13-week rolling master plans and constrained rough cut capacity plans over a 12-month horizon.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and manage Min/Max parameters within NetSuite ERP.
• Coordinate with third-party logistics (3PL) partners to manage inventory in external warehouses.
• Oversee the end-to-end Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) lifecycle.
• Develop scenarios to optimize service, inventory, and cost tradeoffs for leadership.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in supply planning, material, inventory management, or supply chain operations.
• 5+ years of experience working with ERP systems (NetSuite preferred).
• Strong understanding of inventory control practices like ABC/XYZ analysis and cycle counting.
• Expertise in replenishment planning methods (Reorder Point, Min/Max, JIT, demand forecasting).
• Experience managing global inventory across multiple warehouse locations and 3PL providers.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Teaneck, NJ.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting hardware, manufacturing, or field service operations.
• Experience coordinating inventory between ERP and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Background in managing product returns, repairs, or refurbishment programs.
