What you will do

• Dispatch shipments and manage international documentation, including the collection of Shipper’s Export Declarations and EEI filing.
• Coordinate carrier equipment needs, door assignments, and live load swaps through daily engagement with carriers.
• Manage cold chain shipments, ensuring correct trailer temperature set points and proper documentation on bills of lading.
• Oversee the loading of outbound trailers, including pallet count validation and ensuring proper load securement.
• Provide supervisory backup by directing, instructing, and training operational staff.
• Identify and resolve issues resulting from the loading function to drive continuous process improvement.

Requirements

• High School Diploma (Bachelor's degree preferred).
• Background in operations and knowledge of the transportation industry.
• Experience using a TMS (e.g., Mercury Gate).
• HAZMAT certification is required.
• Medium-level proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Nice to have

• Degree in Supply Chain or Finance (APICS CSCP).
• Experience as a Power BI user.
