Director, Supply Chain Management - Large Parcel and Big & Bulky

Location: Bentonville, AR, United States; onsite at 805 Respect, Bentonville, AR 72716.

Annual salary: $110,000–$220,000, plus performance-based bonuses and possible stock compensation.

What you will do

• Develop and scale end-to-end delivery strategies for large parcel and big & bulky eCommerce products.
• Improve delivery quality across sourcing, fulfillment, transportation, and last-mile execution.
• Define first-party shipping strategy and optimize inventory placement, packaging, routing, and fulfillment networks.
• Manage carrier and third-party logistics partnerships to improve service levels and delivery performance.
• Reduce cost to serve while improving productivity, operational standards, customer satisfaction, and delivery reliability.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives with Supply Chain, Technology, Product, Merchandising, Transportation, Stores, and Delivery teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field with 5 years of relevant experience, or 7 years of relevant experience without the degree.
• Experience leading large-scale transportation, supply chain, logistics, or eCommerce operations.
• Strong understanding of parcel transportation, home delivery, fulfillment operations, and last-mile logistics.
• Experience managing carrier, 3PL, and external partner relationships.
• At least 3 years of experience with advanced Microsoft Office functionality.
• At least 2 years of supervisory experience and the ability to influence executive stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience in dispatch, fleet management, network analysis, or retail logistics operations.
• Master’s degree in Business, Logistics, or Supply Chain.
• Project Management Professional or Six Sigma certification.
